The Superbowl, and the terror of 4-hour erections

So, once again this year I watched the Superbowl. I hate the Superbowl. It's not that I despise football, I just don't get the hype. It's like New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day, in that it can never live up to the expectations heaped upon it. I watch the game for the commercials, which, in my not very humble opinion, have been going steadily downhill for the last several years. This year, there were only a couple entertaining spots, and they were mediocre compared to the old ones. The halftime show wasn't overly exciting, but I guess they were playing it safe after the great 'almost exposed breast' fiasco of 2004. Apparently people still found cause to complain to the FCC - they got 2 complaints that the show was too boring, and, this is the best part - 5 complaints, 5, from people who considered the Cialis commercial, and its warnings about 4-hour erections, to be inappropriate. Seriously, what is wrong with this country? Now, I'm not saying I like the Cialis commercials, in fact they're downright annoying and really awkward to watch with your parents in the room, but, offensive? Personally, I'm thinking that I can see some appeal to 4-hour erections...but remember, Cialis is only for those men healthy enough for sexual activity.
